On the Overview page of this website, we provided a list of eleven actions that need to be undertaken in order successfully and legally to raise money through a private offering of securities.

At Private Placement Advisors LLC, we assist select clients with items on that list that they have either failed to complete or with which they are having trouble. For example, some clients might have a great business plan but find themselves at a loss when it comes to building a financial model, or vice versa. Others may have great planning documents across the board but find themselves confused about going about creating a new legal entity and a private placement memorandum. Others need advice on structure. Still others may have everything in place except a plan for actually contacting investors and raising funds.

Put simply, we help our clients complete whatever remains on their to-do list in this arduous, multi-faceted process. We have found that this rifle-shot approach is more efficient in terms of time and expense. It is also more effective, because it keeps everyone focused on what remains to be done.

Entrepreneurs who are potentially interested in our services should begin with a detailed evaluation of where they stand, what specifically needs to get done, and guidelines and samples (of financial models, business plans, presentations and/or PPMs) of how to carry out those remaining tasks. If you do not wish to perform such an evaluation yourself, we can perform it for you.  We charge $450 for a detailed evaluation and guidance.

Some of our clients have sufficient time, energy and expertise simply to take our evaluation, guidance and samples and complete the remaining tasks themselves. Others want us to complete all or part of the remaining work. For those desiring the latter, along with our evaluation we offer our services on an item-by-item basis, reasonably adjusted if a client is far along with some aspects of given tasks.  Please see our "Pricing" page.
