Paul Vuksich has been involved in private placements since the 1980s when he wrote business plans, financial projections, equity plans and private placements memorandums for several high tech and alternative energy start-ups in Silcon Valley. Along the way, Mr. Vuksich acquired his real estate broker's license, a Series 24 General Securities and established a sole proprietor NASD broker-dealership. Mr. Vuksich is also a member of the United States Patent Bar. A California lawyer specializing in business law and securities compliance, Mr. Vuksich has acted as in-house and outside general counsel for development stage public and private companies. He has also acted from time to time as primary litigation counsel for such companies in multiple state and federal venues. Mr. Vuksich has board experience with almost any legal issue a private or public corporation might face including corporate governance, finance reports, registration statements, litigation, litigation management, regulatory compliance, securities law, intellectual property protection, business transactions, software licensing, employment law, real estate transactions, GAAP accounting, books and record maintenance and financial and tax planning. Mr. Vuksich served on the California State Bar Association's Law Office Management and Technology Committee. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and West Point.
